The Spain Pavilion is an exhibition and trade centre in Sidr Avenue, Dubai. The Spain Pavilion aspires to be a model of intelligent creation, capable of bringing people together around projects in science, technology, education, and the arts. 

Build Up has ensured all the MEP work in the building with 6,000m2 of iconic force, sustainability, and design. The area is encircled by imposing cones that serve to cool the public space. The idea intends to give the building a second life by repurposing the venue or part of its components in accordance with circular economy principles.
